The Rice Diet Plan

1st week

For the first day, of the first week your diet would include 2 fruits of your choice and 2 starches for lunch, dinner and breakfast. The next six days you will have to consume a vegetable rice diet; that includes 1 starch, a fruit and a non fat dairy food. Lunch and dinner will be composed of a fruit 3 vegetables and starches each.

2nd week

The first day of the second week would follow a basic rice diet. The next 5 days a vegetarian rice diet will be followed and the last day of the second week will observe a rice and vegetable diet including 2 starches and a fruit in breakfast meal; 3 starches , vegetables and a fruit each for lunch and subsequently 3 starches, proteins and veggies each for dinner, with a single fruit.

3rd week

In the third week of your rice diet follow the same plan as in second week.

The first diet phase is a detox food plan that will drastically decrease sodium levels and replace it with fruits and whole grain. It will enable you to drastically lose weight. The second phase will include beans, veggies and carbohydrates, in addition to rice and fruit. Fish can be taken once in a week during the course of this diet plan.
